    Default Infraction On Criminal Records

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: California


    Hello,

    I was caught for shoplifting last week. I spoke with an attorney and he told me it could be reduced to an infraction. My question is are infractions seen on criminal records. Can an employer see infractions and furthermore, can an infraction be expunged?
