ok, thank you. when he hits me though.. i want his butt to fry. what would i need to really get him good with a lawsuit. and what do you think he would get.

I read your post. You indicated that if he hits you, you want to give him "a broken nose or something" - do that, and you'll likely end up charged with aggravated assault or felonious assault.

As for suing a child over a schoolyard fight? Good luck with that. You're 18 - that is, you're an adult. Consider acting like one.
