My question involves a child custody case from the State of: TN
My husband has a parenting time order with his cs case where he gets his daughter every other weekend. The little girl's mother will not let her stay over night because she said she wants to see our (mine and my husband's house) and where she will be sleeping. We told her no. She (the mother) also tells my husband what he can and can not do during his visitation with his daughter. She calls yesterday and tells my husband that she does not want his daughter staying overnight with us. She says that she does not want him seeing her and that when she graduates from college in two years she wants him to give up custody. She also says that she just wants the cs money so she does not have to work and to put her thru college. She then hangs up and calls back two hours later saying she can stay over night that he wants her to see him. Well she called this morning and told me that my husband can not come and get her.
He has court ordered visitation. Can she get away with this? We are calling our attorney Monday.
