Georgia Emancipation Options

Hi.
I am 16 going on 17 in janurary. My mother acts like she does not want me in the house anymore. I am really confused and now I might be pregnant. I am really scared for when I tell her for she might try to push me down a flight of stairs. I have done my research and my real question is how will she be involved in it and can it take a day or two. Because my plan is to move back to California where I am really from and be there with my real friends and family..

As far as I know, Georgia has no emancipation law. You may wish to talk to a guidance counselor at school or a local family lawyer to see if there are any alternatives available.
