Default Have Expungement Rules In Texas Changed?

My question involves a background check in the State of: texas

Can someone tell me why the Texas Government Code § 411.083. section is marked out on the link below? It kind of seems like they deleted that section of the expungement rules.

    thanks

Bills are often available in a marked up form, so that you can see the differences between the existing law and proposed law. Bills only matter, though, if they are enacted into law.
