My employer has a work order and contract with me for $xx.00 per hour.
In Texas, what is the definition of pay rate?
Is it the $xx.00 per hour on the work order (Same in pay check. I get paid hours worked * $xx.00)?
or
Is it $xx.00 per hour + any benefits I get like Medical Insurance (I pay 80%), 401k (no company match) etc.
I would really appreciate your answer on this.
