My question involves collection proceedings in the State of:Connecticut
Some of this might sound strange but it's the truth.
I have been on Social Security Disability since 1975.
Did I have debts or do I ?? yes
I never got sued because I really have had nothing.
As of now a famous 'junk collector' is taking a 5 and half year old alleged debt and getting a judgement on me. (via a lawyer in this state)
Like lightning. I did not even know I was on court docket till today.
This is serious 'take all his social security funds'..who cares....
I'm just too ill to keep up. I'm in extreme pain and can hardly get out of bed.
I honestly have nothing except social security and if anything 'extra' it came from social security. (I'm on Title 2..no asset limit)
Half my check goes for medicines.
Can somebody help me ??
It looks like the lawyers office even paid for a jury. (small claims court ??)
o--a jury that knows nothing about LAW ??
I'm beat. I can't deal with this.
Now I see forms where I'm supposed to fill in all my assets and location of all/any bank accounts. Do all states force this ?? I'm sorry. If I have $27 of left over social security money I'm supposed to by law tell everybody where ??
NO-NOT PROUD OF DEBTS BUT I ONLY ONE ?? This involves Exxon-Mobil.
Any help here in Connecticut ?
