    Default Removing Authorized Users

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Florida

If I remove authorized users from a credit card does the account still affect their credit?

When I moved out of my parent's house (in Florida), my mom removed me as a user on her cards. By the next month, they were no longer listed on my credit report. So from personal experience, I'd have to say that those accounts would no longer be included. Recently, all 3 bureaus have started changing how they are calculating credit scores, and "authorized user only" accounts are starting to be phased out anyway. You can find the details at:

All the authorized user has to do is to write to Transunion, Experian, and Equifax and state that the account BELONGS TO THE PRIMARY CARD HOLDER, and it is NOT mine. The accounts will be removed off of the authorized users credit report in under 30 days.
