    Default Hidden Relationship

My X fabricated a disability in our divorce. I thought I had proven the fabrication but the judge took it upon himself to diagnose her with depression. 18 1/2 years of marriage and he split my paycheck with her, for life. He said the alimony ends when she remarries. I can prove that she had a boyfriend move in with her before our house was sold. Still living with him now and he (only the boyfriend) has web pages that give the month and year they met and that he asked her to marry him and that she said yes. I can show that she passed on any medical insurance and despite her "disability" still keeps a herd of horses & sheep on the farm that she bought. Also that she owns 3 houses (2 rental units) while I cannot qualify for a mortgage within my residency limit (divorce was in Tuscola Co. Michigan)
I seriously doubt that she has updated the court on her rental income and probably has not advised them that she obtained a drivers license either. She now lives in Kentucky, in Michigan she let her ops expire in order to prove she didnt drive due to her "disability" I am quite certain that she has not legally married this guy, only that they live as husband & wife. The judge did make refrence to the commencement of a meriticious relationship although did not say what he would do at the start of one

    Default Spousal Support in Michigan

You can revisit the issue of spousal support with the court. However, you would likely be well-served by doing so with the help of an attorney, and accumulating as much evidence you can in advance of your ex's present financial circumstances.

How significant is cohabitation when the alimony is set to end upon remarriage.

Also how significant is unclaimed income as in rental properties when the court is not notified of the change in income.

Also, would there be any significance in showing her having an immediate change in personal habits once she left the state. IE. obtaining a drivers license when she had claimed to be too sick to drive, begins sleeping in a normal bed where she claimed before to not be able to lie flat. Immediately ordering new livestock to care for on her "farm" despite her supposed disability.

The judge had ordered 1500 a month with no provision for medical coverage coming from me. She never made any effort to obtain medical coverage despite her supposed illness (fibromyalgia)

    Default Cohabitation, Etc. & Alimony

The factors which a court would view as a basis for a change in spousal support will depend upon the case, and the terms of the support order. Ordinarily to be persuasive, they should reflect a change in circumstances since the time of the original order.
