My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas
I am the father of a 12 year old son. We live in NC and my ex wife lives in Texas. The custody arrangements are through Texas. My ex is continually trying to alienate my son from me. She badmouths me in front of him. Tells him lies about me, like the latest, "You father doesn't love you, he didn't even care enough about you to be there when you were born." I was there. I have pictures!!! Stuff like this goes on all the time. Thankfully my son doesn't believe anything she says but I am wondering if these things are enough to request supervised visitation. My son is in therapy and tells his therapist everything. His therapist is constantly in shock after the therapy sessions as to what my son has to deal with. My son is due to go visit his mother for 2 weeks in June and is terrified. He doesn't want to go at all. he tells me, my wife, the therapist, his friends, his teachers etc...
I desperately want to do something for him so that he doesn't have to live in fear of the badgering and bad mouthing for two solid weeks with his mother.
