Default How To Find Billing Rate

    Hi,

I am on H1. How do I find out the exact billing rate my employer is getting for me? He is telling me a certain amount but I am sure he is getting much more than what he is telling me.

    Thanks

You do not have a legal right to know the billing rate. That is between he and the client.

The rate that you receive and the rate that he receives have no legal relation to each other.

I have been told by my employer that I will get 80% of my Billing Rate. Doesnt that allow me to know what my actual Bill Rate is?

    Thanks

    No. It does not.

There is NOTHING in the law that is going to force him to tell you what the billing rate is.
