    Default Larceny In A Building

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: MICHIGAN

    this is my first offense in any crime at all
    i am 15
    i commited a crime of larceny in a Public School Building by stealing
    I phone, I pod, 3 cell phones and 4.00 Cash; contrary to MCL 750.360
    FELONY: 4 Years and/or $5,000.00

    I have a Youth/Parent Intervention Conference

    Im just wondering what punishment i should expect and what i should do?

    That's going to depend upon anything else on your record (even encounters with the police that were recorded but not charged), the stability of your home life, and your performance in school (other, that is, than your stealing from classmates).

    i dont have any other records from any other previos interactions with police
    G P A is like 2.5 right now
    what do u think im going to get
