    Default Problem with Past Employer

I use to work for this company I was consider a great employee, always recieved the highest bunus every year. I did more then what was asked or need. I worked for 4 managers and was a filler for a VP. I hardly ever did a mistake. However, during my last year with the company (at the time I did not know it was my last year. One manager took a special handling of my needs.

I ended up getting sick I kept my illness to my self, I never took a day off all of my doctor visit was on my time. However, due to the pills I lost a lot of wieght and my mood change. The manager in question felt that I was sad and wanted to help me. I ask him to stay out, he would not.

He gave me his home number and his cell for me to talk to him during off hours and then came the worst part he wanted me to see a therporist. He went with me to the appointment and stood in the room why I spoke about my illness, which I wanted to keep private. Then after the meeting he asked me to keep it silent because he could get fired. Soon after I was so uncomforable working there I found another job that was about two years ago.

I still have not been able to forget, because for six months to one year after he would call me here at my new job and email me here. In fact about one month ago he called and I finally flip out and was not nice about because it was just too much for me.

Please do I have any legal ground.

That is the question, if I do not have a legal ground. Should I contact the company and report his behavior during my employment and after. There is more details that I am choosing not to mention.

I feel he violated the boss and employee relationship. He overstep the lines, I asked hime repeated for him to leave me a alone and let me do my job. Instead, I had no choice to quiet my job. Also, when I tried to take another job in the company he ran interference. I could not do anything without his promission.

So, I quiet and he still called me at my new job for over one year. You tell me that sounds normal?
