    Question Traveling Crisis

My friend is on immigration status, and recently had been issued a temporary sentence of 40 hours of community service, a fine that had already been paid, and he is still on probation.
Please keep in mind that the issuing official sentence has been delayed.
Well, he wants to go to his home country, but he had recently seen a story that someone had traveled to a country and wasn't allowed to come out because of that person's status.
So I just wanted to ask, could there be problems at the airport because of a misdemeanor charge of shoplifting?
Also, the judge has already allowed him to go.

    Please answer this question.
    Thank you.

A: You need to ask the immigration authorities at both ends of your trip. They, by the way, don't give a rip what the judge says.
