My question involves an eviction in the state of: GA
The tenant and I went to court over a week ago, and we came to an agreement that she will vacate the property. She asked for additonal time to vacate and I allowed her until the end of the month. I am in the process of selling the property, I want an appraisal to go inside the house, I left her a letter indicating the time that the appraisal will be there, and asked her to call the appraisal if that time didn't work for her, and she did. She called the appraisal and told her that she will be out of town until 6/01. and that no one can come in the house because she has a court order, the only paper she has from the court is that I cannot file a writ of possession until after the date we agreed on with is 5/31. What are my rights to obtain access for the appraisal to go inside the house? or do I have to wait until she moves out of my house?
