    Default LLC With Foreign Partners

I am looking to start a LLC in New York, United States. The thing here is that both my partners are in London and are residents there. Can I open such a organization with foreign Partners.

    Any advice will be appreciated.

    Best Regards

I'm not going to delve into New York's statutes to find any peculiarities - you can do that yourself here - but I have not heard of states restricting ownership of LLC's to citizens or permanent residents. (And if your partners are U.S. citizens who happen to live overseas, even that shouldn't prevent them from being able to hold shares in an S Corporation). I doubt that there's an issue.
