Typically, deductions from paychecks must be made with the consent of the employee. I am not sure whether there is an exception which might apply to an Indian employer on a reservation, or which might otherwise be operable under Oklahoma law. From what you say, you are being required to work without pay for that period of time. That is not proper, and is something you should discuss with a lawyer in your state who handles employee-side wage and hour litigation.
