    Default Voluntary Deportation

My Mom Got Married In The Dominicand Republic With A Us Citizen Then They Gave Us A Permanent Green Card For 2 Years. When My Mom And Her Husband Went Back To Do An Interview After The 2 Years Past Immigration Said That It Was An Illegal Marriage So They Gave Us A Voluntary Deportation In 1997. Now I Did Not Go Anywhere. Do You Think That There Is Any Way I Can Be Legal Again Although I Did Not Go Back To My Country.

    You have overstayed your visa.

You received a deportation notice and ignored it.

You may be allowed to reenter the US in 10 years after the ban is lifted.

You can seek to reenter once your period of ineligibility expires. That does not necessarily mean you'll be allowed to enter. If this was a voluntary departure (as opposed to deportation), you may not even be under a period of ineligibility.

You should know your period of ineligibility to reenter the U.S. - we do not, and thus have to work with what you tell us.

I Did Not Leave The Country I'm Still Here...
Will I Have To Then Leave And Then Come Back Or There Is Another Way To Resolve The Situation Me Staying Here?

    You ignored a deportation order.

Your chances of a status change are very slim.

Contact an immigration lawyer... but don't hope for much.

If you accepted voluntary departure and failed to leave, or you were deported and have been avoiding the deportation order, your period of ineligibility hasn't even started.
