    Default Forged Document

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: MI

My ex-employers lawyer sent a letter stating I breached my agreement with a copy of the agreement.

Looking at the signature on the copy of the agreement it looks like it was either cut and pasted or someone tried to recreate the signature. As examining the document I noticed certain letters in the signature that I do not sign that way.

My lawyer is requesting a copy of the original 'inked' as well. Is there any action I can take against the ex-employer for forging this document. Would I be able to claim for damages, if so what kind of damages and would there be an amount to sue for??

Ask your attorney these questions. No one here will second guess what your attorney is telling or should be.
