Frozen Bank Account

My bank account has been frozen by a debtor. I must file an answer no sooner then 30 days but not later than 45 days. Should I file bankruptcy or offer wage garnishment?

I believe you mean frozen by a creditor - you would be the debtor. (You owe the debt.)

We have no idea if bankruptcy would be your best option or if you would even qualify. We don't know your debts/income/net worth etc. You might want to talk to a bankruptcy attorney.
