If you cannot afford an attorney, you cannot afford emancipation.

No judge in any jurisdiction will allow you to become emancipated just so that you can do a hot older chick.

Even if emancipated, you are still bound by all other age related law. You still cannot buy cigarettes or alcohol.

She is still too old for you until you turn 18....

No. It is not legal if you are emancipated. Emancipation does not change age-based laws. An emancipated minor cannot vote, buy tobacco, or drink, either.

And I guarantee you, there is not a judge in the US who is going to emancipate you for this reason.

Here is what happened... you met this hot older chick who might, MIGHT, let you have sex with her. She may have even said something like "If you weren't jailbait, I would rock your world!"

You are now prepared to throw away your entire future for a possiblity that she wasn't just being nice to someone's younger brother or that sad looking kid over there.

She isn't worth it. Even if she was serious, no single girl is worth trashing your entire future for..... because that is exactly what you are asking to have happen to you.

To repeat... no judge is going to emancipate you so that you can have sex with an adult. Even emancipated, the age restrictions for such acts are in full force.

Cyjeff makes excellent point and proves the assumtions of OP incorrect. Even if emancipated (very very very unlikely) this does not free the minor or anyone else from age restrictive laws
