    Default Repo And Bankruptcy

I am filing Chapter 7 Pro Se in the State of Florida. I had a Reposession back in January and the car was sold. I am now being asked for the differece. I looked at my CR and noticed that it was charged off by the bank but I have a collections company contacting me for the differece. Do I list both companies as creditors? and I would like to know since the car was repossesed and sold would the amount I owe now be considered secured or unsecured?

Also, what is the meaning when they ask if something is contingent? unliquidated? and amount of claim (Is this amount owed to creditor?)

    Default Re: Repo And Bankruptcy

I would err on the side of overinclusion and list them both.

The deficiency judgment is an unsecured debt.

    Contingent.

    Unliquidated.

    Amount.
