    Default Class Action Suit Rights

My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: CA

I was recently denied my claim in a class action suite around unfair compensation.

The reason why is because I did not return my claim form by the specified date.

The reason why it was not returned in time is because I did not know of the claim until I spoke with a former co-worker there who told me about it.

I believe the reason why I did not know of the claim is because my address had changed from the time I was employed there.

Is this legal to deny my claim even though I am eligible?

Why don't you talk to the class action attorney & see if they have any suggestions.
