I'm starting this job about 100 days as monthly salary basis.
When the negotiation, the employer told me if my 90 days evaluation is good, I will get raise.
I give them my very best and saving a-lot of company's money also my working hours about 40 to 43 hours a weeks.
After 90 days evaluation, i got good evaluation (above average / good in skill, attitude, teamwork & everything) and i ask about the raise that company promise.
The manager told me I didn't get raise because I'm working below than 45 hours and the company need my working hour at-lease 45 to 50 hours a weeks.
Is this case discrimination ?
Can anyone who know about this law to help me ?
