My question involves criminal law for the state of: I got pulled over and had a small amount in car gave to police with them have to doing anything said I would receive something in mail .Had pipe to for weed. I had a felony for marj over 10 yrs ago will that come into affect. I have had no police contact since the felony 10 yr + ago. looking for info and do u think I will goto jail probaly a gram or 2 was in bag
