Default California, Lost Speeding Ticket, What Can I Do?

I got a speeding ticket like almost 3 weeks ago.

The officer pulled over me for speeding 84mph in 65mph zone in free way I-80, somewhere between Davis and Sacramento. The officer told me to call the number in the citation within 21 days, but I lost it.

I don't know which county I got my ticket. So I tried to call two traffic division court: YOLO and Sacramento county.

I called them like three times and tell them my driver license, every time I called they said there is no recored in their systems yet and told me to call back the other week.

My driver license is in San Francisco, and I attend school at Davis. I get a test that afternoon and I was watching at the GPS at that time, that was why i drive that fast.

This is my first time for getting speeding ticket. Any suggestion for what can i do right now? should I worry? Did anyone know how much they gonna charge me. is there any reason i can ask for reduce the charge and i don't plan to defend with it, because it may take too long. Thanks!

Try to find the cop who gave you the ticket.

If you can't do that, you need to find out exactly what court you would've been charged in.

You must find this ticket or you could get arrested and lose your license.

You could also contact the Woodland or West Sacramento offices (good place to start). They have their copy in the office.

Is there possible the court in other county( not YoLO and Sacramento)?

And i have a additional question, if my record was up in one of the county's systems, did other county can find it out?
or is there possible the officer didn't put my record up mistakenly?
how many days it usually takes to put a record up to their system and within how many days i have to appear in the court? Thanks!
