    Default Just Found The Ex

My question involves child support in the State of: Minnesota

After 6 years of nothing I just found my Ex.

He is living in New Zealand and I have all of his information. I gave it all to the CSE case worker but she says there is little she can do.

    Ex is 70k in arrears.

Can Ex be extradited due to having such a huge debt? His passport has been revoked so if he ever tries to come back to the US they will arrest him. I am sure there is a warrant on him now. What else can I do?

Try contacting your local child support office. Write to your senator, state representataives, state attorney. Ask for help if. Hopefully someone will be able to help you.
