Default Can You Get Emancipated In Tennessee

So, there is no way to get emancipated in Tennessee? You see, I have been looking into it as well because I am 15 and will be 16 in July 2008 (this year) and I am really looking for a way to get out of my house. I plan to get a job as soon as I turn 16 and then get my permit (I was suspended from school because some teacher said I said I was going to blow up the school and they wouldnt allow me to do or make up the work and there for I am failing but I will have passing grades next year because I had passing grades before this happened). I then plan to get my license. After i get my license I am going to buy my own car in my own name so that I can keep it if I find a way out of there. My fionsae's mom really likes me and says i can live with them if I can legaly and she is responsible. I already know there is no way she would let us sleep in the same room!

(I live with my biological mother and father and my half older brother)

You see, all my life my parents have verbally and physically abused me. my dad has never touched me but my mom has beat me to extremes. Also if my mom doesn't feel like beating me she will have my brother do it and its even worse then. In fact, just yesterday my brother almost ripped out my earring when he hit me! and my parents were yelling at me and calling me a slut. i also get grounded from eating. My parents will refuse to take me to the doctor if they are upset with me. My mom and brother make a game out of beating me. My mom tells me that she wishes I was never born on nearly a daily basis and that she hates me. My dad is usually the only one to EVER take my side in these things but he isn't anymore, he starts mor4e of the arguments now than anyone else. These are just some of the things taht have happened. I have had many broken bones from these beatings and now I have something to record with so I am going to start recording the arguments so I will have proof. I have actually attempted to kill myself over these things and i have scars on my wrists (mostly my left) from it. I am willing to do pretty much anything I have to in order to get out of this house as long as I still get to see my fionsae. Please, if anyone can help me let me know. You can email me at emo.elf@live.com or contact me on myspace http://www.myspace.com/hotty_tamoli (my friend made both)
