My question involves personal property located in the State of: Florida
I am currently separated and I was the one who had to leave the marital home due to domestic violence. Injunction filed and judge let him stay at the home. Since, he has had his girlfriend stay with him and some of my personal item are gone. He has no clue but I have seen his girlfriend wearing some of my things including my jewerly. Recently went back to court and the judge ordered that I was allowed to return to the home and do whatever I want...move back etc......This is a farm and I have several horses and other animals so I moved some things back while divorce is pending. My attorney suggested that I show interest in the home since I want it in the settlement. I was at my home when my husbands girlfriend shows up there with the cops stating I have no right there. This is the second time she has made false reports to the police. After the cop asked 20 questions, checked my license, wanted proof that I was allowed at the home, he asked if she could get her personal belongings. I said yes but all she left with was a walmart bag with soap, deodorant, etc..... She told the cop she needed her stuff so she could get ready for work........She doesn't have a job (got fired for failing a drug test) a few days before. Do I have any rights in this situation with her making false reports. She tried to get my son to sell drugs for her and I really don't want her on this property causing any more problems. What can be done? Thanks for any advice.
