My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: p.a.when i was asking about my morgage payments being late my lawyer said there is always a second chapter 13 what does that mean if you are not finished with the first one yet?

please help with any helpful info about being behind on morgage and second morgage payments during a chapter 13 bankrupcy.
He may mean trying to dismiss your pending Chapter 13 and refiling a new Chapter 13, or waiting until after the Chapter 13 repayment plan is complete and the waiting period expires (although that wouldn't appear helpful). My suggestion: ask your lawyer what he means.
I don't know how far into the current chapter 13 you are but he probably does mean dismissing your current chapter 13 and starting a new chapter 13 instead of trying to modify your existing one.
However, do ask your lawyer just exactly what he means.
