    Default Landlord Eviction Right

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Florida
We recently took back a house in a forclosure process. The process has ended and it is legally ours as of April 23rd. The house has tenants with ties to previous owner, no legal ties to us. We don't know what agreements they had with previous owner. We tried to work a rental agreement which they refused to sign or pay rent. How do I get them out as quick as possible?
