    Default Overstayed Visa

My bf was deported in 2005 due to overstayed visa/violating tourist visa.
He can return to the US in 2010.I am a US citizen. If we get married in the country he resigns can that speed up the process of his return? What's the best route for me to take.
I need advice soon please! I plan to travel in August and want to make sure I do the right thing.

I doubt that your marriage will have any impact whatsoever on his period of ineligibility. He can consult an immigration lawyer or, if you wish, you can consider marrying him and living in his nation for a while.
