    Default Evicted Tenant Still Has Stuff In Apartment

    My question involves an eviction in the state of: california
    iam the manager of condiminiums in bakersfield ca. i have a tenant who has not paid rent for two months we have left a three day notice on his door and today is his third day i went to do a walk through but there were people there and all of his stuff still there too. tommorow i am to do my walk through and if his stuff is still there can i through it away or what should i do with it?

    If there is still belongings there they may still be there. This site may provide answers on what you can and cannot do with belongings

    • Remove outside windows or doors, or
    • Change the locks.
