Hi
I have a very long story but will try to make it short ,my ex who abandoned me n my 3 kids 5 yrs (I have the sole custody of them ) ago now came back
and wants to get visitation ..I do not have a problem with it but now in the court papers it states that he is married to a US citizen I have an attorney as well who basically suggested that I give him supervised visits till actual trial which I did. Also involved child support enforcement agency to collect child support which is another case now as he didnt want to pay any child support.
I am 90% sure its a fraud marriage and he is married to her to get green card
in papers it states he got married in 2006.But my friends back home told me he apparently divorced me in 2004 which I do not have any papers ,and remarried in my homeland with another woman and came to U.S AGAIN....I got the divorced for myself via publication in 2006 as I didnt know where to find him.Now according to court docs he was in states since 2004 on visitor visa then married a citizen here and is in process of getting his Green card.
He told the supervisor of the visits at multiple occasions that he is not married and now via discovery papers he is married n also has a 17 y old son from his new wife.He is asking for my girls to have overnight visits at his house.
I think he wants to do all this to prove to USCIS that he has ties here to use that for his green card.He is married back home married here ...and was married to me before 2006 also. Can I do something to report all this to USCIS
and would it do any good. This man has ruined my life and now when I am happy and married again he is destroying our piece of mind .
Is there any legal way to handle the situation. My lawyer thinks its his right to meet the kids ...but isnt its his responsibility to pay child support as well...obviously he has to go to court now for that...but u can imagine how much we have to suffer due to his "love" for the children now.My oldest is 10 then twins 8 y old.
Any suggestions to handle all this is greatly appreciated.
