Angry I Consider Someone To Be Trespassing, Roommate Does Not

My question involves a roommate in the State of: California

I have many reasons for wanting to order a roommate's guest off the property but I don't think he will support me. There is a whole lot of back story but it will take forever to type and possibly confuse. I am on the lease along with my roommate (I live with 3 roommates but he and I are the only ones on the lease). His girlfriend has caused problems and taken illegal actions against me (but they are difficult to legally prove). He is whipped, she totally has him wrapped around her finger, eating out of her hand kind of thing. I actually think she considers him her pet. He has not taken steps to prevent her from screwing me over even after talking to him and reaching an agreement that the harassment would end.

Given she does not pay rent nor bills, is not on the lease, and I don't want her on the property anymore, my question boils down to this: If I ask her to leave and she refuses, can I call the police on her for trespassing even if my roommate doesn't have a problem with her being over?

No. The police won't arrest your roommate's houseguest.

If she's staying as if she's an additional roommate, that may be a violation of your lease and perhaps your landlord will act.
