DHS Won't Help

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Oregon

Ok so i've just recently called a legal service known as DHS on my parents trying to get into a foster home or at least away from them. Problem is DHS said that the situation wasn't bad enough for them to do anything to help me. They put me through counsling and think that everything that i've claimed was a lie. I'm trying to get them to see that i am being physically and mentally abused but when i finally took action i had no proof(bruises,marks,ect). I've been put back in to my house and now this whole thing has been made in to a"stunt" i wanna get out and away but as i said have no proof at the moment that there is any abuse going on. Can i still get emancipated without physical proof? Do i haft to have marks or picture or something way dire for this to work? I need to know what i need to do to get out of this situation? I have a place to go a job that pays enough to support myslef and i'm doing an online school so that i have time for my job? It seems as though i already am supporting myslef and i know that i'm ready to leave but my parents won't let me? What do i do?

Having no physical proof of abuse doesn't have anything to do with emancipation.

What gave you the insane idea that DHS would help you become an emancipated teen?

I didn't think DHS would help me become an emancipated teen i thought and was told that they can help take a child out of a abusive situation/home which they didn't in my case.
What i want to know is who do i go to for help to become and emancipated teen and what do i need to have/get to be emancipated.

Also let me add that the cousling that DHS put me and my parents into isn't helping only making things worse.

Is it not working because you are going in with the attitude like tha tbecause they didn't remove you like you had hoped they would? You need to understand they are under a lot of cases and have to deal with the emergencies ones first and don't always remove children from their homes unless it's obvious that they need to be.

I went into this whole thing with a great attitude and i still do have a good one. My outlook on how the handled the situation isn't the nicest but i do understand. That's why i'm trying to find a diffrent way to get this handled and done with. It's hard to confront your parents and to stand up to them. It's hard and it takes alot of courage that kids like me don't have. It's also very hard to think that i went through all of that and have been put back in an abusive household with them and after everything thats happen there even madder than before.
