My question involves employment and labor law for the state of:California

I recently quit my job on april 19th, at which time i had over 140 vacation hrs accrued and as of yet I still have not been paid for these hrs. I've contacted HR dept, who does not respond to calls or e-mails( company is soon going out of business) I am under assumption I was supposed to be paid within 5 days in CA, what steps do I now take in order to assure I get paid what is owed to me?
