    Default Firearms Rights And Domestic Violence

    My question involves criminal law for the state of:Fl in 99 i got charged with aggrivated assult i went to court got adjudication with held. I looked at my record recently and it says convicted but i got the with held. the question is do i still have my rights or not can i still vote can i still buy a firearm what rights do i still have or dont.

    Why does your record show a conviction if adjudication was withheld? Did you violate your probation? Did you follow up with the court to find out what may have happened?

    no i did not violate my probation but i will look into it
