Default Injured at work and fear being fired

ive worked at this "company" for aprox. a year and a half now. once i reached about a year and a quarter i was in an accident at work and my sholder(s) won't seem to get better. Once i started seeing drs. and went on an IA no one could figure out what was wrong. It won't stop hurting but it doesn't seem to have problems. something has to be wrong some mornings i have a hard time pulling the covers off me, much less driving my stick shift to work!
my old primary care dr. started work on me and began me on physical therapy. he put me on light duty half time and if my sholder was especially bad he wanted me to stay home and he would excuse it, sending in a drs. note for me. he said he would have preferred me not to work at all but i didn't want to risk getting fired.
so when my original dr, we'll call him "bob" referred me to an orthopedic dr. named "john" to have an MRI taken the co. somehow swiched my primary dr. without telling me. this then caused a problem when i found out the "bob's" note was no longer worth anything to them i had to get a note from "john" however, before they told me about this "change in primary drs." i had stayed home several days in pain assuming they would be written off. however the new dr. wont help me. since then i got another refferal from "john" to "ken" and "Ken" can't figure it out either thus meaning the co. is trying to fire me for "time loss".
Yet still i am unable to do any manual labor jobs, go bowling, or play my guitar like i used to due to pain and stress on my sholder!
Is there anything i can do to fix this?! i have bills to pay!

    Default Injured shoulder

You need to get a diagnosis of your shoulder - your primary problem appears to be medical, not legal. If you feel that your employer may be attempting to terminate you because of a work-related injury, consult a workers' compensation lawyer.
