I just saw on the interview notice stated that:
You must bring with you during the interview "Any immigration-related documentation ever issued to you, including any Employment Authorization Document (EAD) and ..."
I guess that the return of the Empoyment Authorization card with the letter of stating the applicant's marriage is fraudulent to USCIS would be a big question during the interview. Applicant would state: I never receive the work authorization permit. And the question: why?--- we USCIS got the return letter....
