    Default I-130 With Dependent Children

    sorry about the typo above i cant edit it....my husband recently became a us citizen and we're working on filing the i-130 for his parents, however there are 2 dependent children (his brother and sister) both under the age of 18. do we need to file a seperate form for them will they be allowed to come over at the same time with the mother.

    According to this fact sheet, it can work either way.

    Your husband can file separate forms for each of his siblings, but it may be more expedient to have them apply as dependents when his mother files for her visa.
