Unhappy A Question About A Potential Civil Suit

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Pennsylvania.

I am seeking information about if a company can try to sue again if the first lawsuit was mishandled because the sherrif never gave me the summons. That was last April, this April they are trying it again. This time requesting information.

Default Re: A Question About A Potential Civil Suit

If the first time it was dismissed without prejudice, the plaintiff did not lose his/her rights to try again.

So, with that said, I'm sure they are trying to do it right this time.
