80% of what you wrote is meaningless to your complaint and not relevant.. Now you are in an "at will" state and minus a cba or employment contract you may be terminated at any time for any reason with or without cause or warning. Refusing to fire an employee after being instructed to do so could be solid grounds. Bottom line your termination may be unfair (seems so) but it is not illegal. Your termination must be illegal for it to meet criteria for wrongful termination
