    Default Multiple H1-B Transfer

I am currently working with company C.
I have two offers from company A and company B. They both have filed for my H1B transfer and both have been approved.

Is it possible that I join company A now and then can join company B after working with company A for sometime? or is it that after joining company A, a new H1 transfer has to be filed from company A to company B in order to join company B (since both the previous H1 transfers were filed while I was working with company C).

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

You have one H1B visa. The term "transfer" is misleading as, unless and until an employer revokes your work authorization, you can go back to work for the former employer. So you should be able to hop around between all three employers without a problem, as long as they've all been approved and maintain labor certification, and as long as you're continuously employed.
