    Default When Can I Move Out

    My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: West Virginia

    I want to emancipate myself cuz my dad hit me and my mom says i can move out how do i go about doing this without my dad hitting me again?

    You call 1-800-4-A-CHILD and file an abuse report

    Just wanted to add that filing an abuse report will not remove you from your home Immediately, if at all. It will go by what the Social worker deems to be possible.

    And abuse is not a reason to be emancipated.
