Default Trustees Won't Hold Annual Meeting Or Election

My question involves a condominium located in the State of: Massachusetts.

The two remaining trustees won't hold our Annual Meeting or our Elections. Our By-Laws state that elections are to be held each year. It's been two years since the last election.

One of the trustees is not even a unit owner. Is that legal in the state of MA?

Get a lawyer and take them to court.
