Default Visa Denied Under INA 212(a)2(d)2

When my inadmissable period ends do I still have to use the waiver form?..as far as I know because of the criminal action people facing the deportation cases in the states. If I find a very good immigration lawyer and work with him what is my chance to get a visa to at least to travel or get an education ?..I am very concerned about pushing my luck .. and also can you please refer me a strong lawyer? Thanks again.

When your ineligibility ends you no longer need to waive your ineligibility to qualify for a visa. That doesn't guarantee that you'll get a visa.

You can try seeking an immigration lawyer through AILA.
