Default Preferential Debt Payment In Bankruptcy

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: New Mexico
I've recently filed ch. 7 and have heard of a way to file for recompence of 90 days of wage garnishments 'surrendered' prior to date of bankruptcy filing. Understand a 30 day timeline in which to file under "preferential debt payment" so, I am quickly running out of time. Q: Which form and/or how do I employ this action, assuming it is something I am entitled to under the law? I need this information ASAP.

Default Re: Preferential Debt Payment In Bankruptcy

You or the trustee would bring a preference action.
