My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida
My husband is possibly going back to court for a modification of child support. He took his first childs mother to court because she wouldn't give him vistation and got shared parental responsibility and visitation. Well she got upset and is using the child support enforcement agency to pursue a modification of child support. I have read online that there is an amendment in florida that if you now ask the courts for rotating custody they will give it to you unless the other party can give good reasons on why you cannot get it. Is this true? Also is there a reduction of child support when shared parental responsibility is in place? Will there be a reduction if you do get rotating custody? I have also heard that rotating cusotdy is know called equally shared residential responsibility.
