Not Old Enough To Emancipate.

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Washington.
I am not old enough to emancipate. I am 15 and a half and won't turn 16 till July 23. My parents are abusive and unsymapthetic towards me. I went to my boyfriends house, where his family took care of me properly and acted like a true caring family. My question is since I am not old enough to emancipate is there a way that I can change households? My boyfriends parents also wonder that if I end up in their house if they can get child support for it. Please help me with this confusing situation. It is very frustrating.

Emancipation isn't an option. The abuse should be reported and then it will be investigated.

If you are removed from the home, your b/f's house is not going to be an option either.

You can change households when either: 1.) Your parents give you permission to move out or 2.) CPS removes you from the home. (CPS will NOT place you with your boyfriend's family - I can guarantee you that.)
